Complete gets talking

Complete is on a mission to make business practices more sustainable, through innovative services and collaboration with their clients. At the heart of their offering is Complete Circular Procurement – an initiative that encompasses supply chain consolidation, sustainable product sourcing, recycling, upcycling, and a fully electric fleet of delivery vehicles. By using these services, businesses of all sizes can reduce their supply chain greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions significantly.

To inform and inspire on the topic of GHG reduction, Complete has launched a series of live online forums. The events discuss how Complete, their clients and suppliers can rise to the challenge of climate change and accelerate the UK government’s net zero agenda. The forums support Complete’s Circular Procurement proposition, and also provide a platform to hear inspiring stories from experts and industry leaders.

To promote the launch of this new initiative, we created multi-channel communications with a LinkedIn content and email campaign, inviting recipients to sign up for the event via an RSVP function. All promotional output carried a consistent visual styling that was unique to the campaign, while being sympathetic to Complete’s wider range of sustainability comms. The emails were sent out sequentially in the lead up to the event, utilising email personalisation merge tags whilst maintaining GDPR data processing compliance. 

The first event in the series asked ‘How are you meeting the challenge of reducing your greenhouse gases to zero?’ and was hosted by the Group CESR Director at Complete, alongside four expert guest speakers with varied backgrounds.

The event attracted many Complete customers, who subsequently gave very positive feedback. The m360 team was highly praised for our project delivery and professionalism, and we look forward to working on the next forum in the series.
