The development is also just a short distance from Nottingham city center.

Following m360’s ongoing marketing successes for Peter James Homes, we were asked to create branding and promotional activity for Riverside. The campaign was spearheaded by on-site advertising, communicating key information to the public through a series of boards.

We then designed a beautiful brochure to showcase the development, with panoramic pages and spot UV varnish for a luxurious, tactile finish. Bespoke content for the brochure included drone photography of the site and local area, an informative site map, and multiple floor plans.

Online, we added a new page to the Peter James Homes website with a digital flipbook of the brochure and the opportunity to register interest in the development. Those who registered their interest received an exclusive invite to the VIP launch event, where guests could browse large-scale printed displays, receive a copy of the brochure and enjoy a guided tour of the development.

Our marketing efforts were a triumphant success. Many apartment reservations were secured, which is extremely impressive at such an early stage. With more events planned for the Riverside development, we are excited to continue our partnership with our wonderfully customer-orientated client.
