Hemlock Gate

As Peter James Homes’ long standing marketing partner, we were proud to develop the branding for its latest development, Hemlock Gate in Bramcote. The largest development to open in the popular Nottingham suburb to-date. Alongside brand development, our team were also responsible for creating all of the necessary sales and marketing materials in time for the site’s official opening to the public.

A brand inspired by a famous landmark

Bramcote is famed for its proximity to Wollaton Hall. It is also home to a landmark that is renowned across Nottinghamshire, the Hemlock Stone. It therefore seemed fitting to feature the Stone in the development’s identity. The overall brand style and tone of voice was consistent with previous Peter James Homes developments, while the unique orange texture of the Hemlock Stone inspired our colour palette.

Paying homage to the details

A bespoke site plan was created to really sell the site and its homes, alongside the creation of a brochure containing inserts with minimalist floorplan drawings to showcase the layout and dimensions of each home. A photoshoot of the local area captured the unique essence of Bramcote, with the shots used throughout the development’s suite of marketing materials.

Laying the groundwork for success

We worked in collaboration with the teams at Peter James Homes and local estate agent William H Brown to ensure the site had everything it needed for launch. This included signage, glossy press and bus adverts, a pop up display and counter for the launch event, and a dedicated presence within the PJH website. With everything in place, we attended the successful launch of the site in November 2025, with early interest high in one of the city’s most sought after living destinations.
