Each sub brand gives careful consideration to location and audience, with a majority of Peter James Homes developments sited in semi-rural locations, targeting young professionals and families.


All under one roof
The brand family has come to life with an extensive range of offline applications including site signage, wayfinding and exhibitions, brochures, press advertising and merchandise. Digitally, we have designed and built an audience-centric website which prioritises the user journey and makes researching and buying a new home almost effortless.
