Impero produces innovative EdTech software solutions that enhance and protect students and staff. m360 was commissioned to conduct in-depth research to inform a corporate rebrand and piece together a logical product hierarchy.

Downloading stakeholder insights

We hosted bespoke workshops with key stakeholders from Impero in order to understand the brand’s strategy, including its mission, vision, values, propositions and archetypes. At the same time, we mapped Impero’s product hierarchy and established a coherent house of consumer sub-brands.

Rebranding Impero was a thorough process packed with creativity. After developing several logo concepts for the parent brand, taking into account how the product brands would sit beneath, the team chose a route that incorporated a clear identity, adaptable graphic devices and a colour palette reminiscent of the tech industry.

Making an impact in EdTech

The brand rollout was comprehensive and included the creation of brand guidelines before a transformation of Impero’s website and social media channels. The rebrand also influenced the future direction of printed literature, content strategies and integrated marketing campaigns to the education sector.
