East Midlands Railway

Our 20+ year partnership with East Midlands Railway only went from strength to strength when we delivered a station dressings project which transformed the look of its network through a multi-message campaign. With lines running from Liverpool to Norfolk, this campaign was set to impress upon passengers right across the UK.

Transforming the network

Spanning 12 railway stations, 100+ sites and with 7 creative variants, the purpose of the campaign was to promote family travel, advance booking incentives, destination spotlights, First Class upgrades and EMR’s commitment to a greener future, with much-loved brand character Miles making a number of cameo appearances.

A well planned journey

We strategically scoped the 100 sites based on footfall and dwell time data analysis, as well as in-depth site surveys. This critical research phase allowed us to make informed decisions which would ensure that the campaign enjoyed maximum visibility and impact throughout the customer journey.

Arriving on schedule

The final campaign harnessed high resolution photography, an engaging art gallery display featuring Miles, promotional posters and billboards, and much more throughout the 12 stations. Our experience in planning, producing and installing such projects ensured that deadlines were met, with our team working through the night to guarantee an uninterrupted timetable for passengers.
