Woodland Heights launch event
Peter James Homes is a house developer that approaches things a little differently. Its developments, regardless of scale, focus on quality finishes and exceptional customer service. The approach from their team is that they will only use building materials and finishes if it’s something they would want in their own home and this attention to detail sets them apart within the sector.
Their latest development – Woodland Heights in Bullbridge, Derbyshire – is their largest site yet. A £34million development on a 22-acre site, with a friendly and accessible ‘village’ feel, it includes 148 homes in a verdant woodland setting right by the River Amber.
Having been asked to help plan and co-ordinate a multi-channel launch campaign, spearheaded by display graphics and brochures for the development’s launch event, we knew we would have to apply this same attention to detail with everything we were creating, both for the event and beyond. As well as the branding for Woodland Heights, this included the creation of a full siteplan, phase-specific siteplan, floorplans for all properties, a new section on the Peter James Homes website and a marketing video to be used to promote the new site.
The event, held at the Hurt Arms at the end of September, was a huge success, with the sales team securing some advance reservations even at this early stage. The work doesn’t end there, though, as we now turn our focus to helping promote this stunning new development to potential homebuyers.
