Vectare’s extravagant exhibition

Following the success of a previous exhibition at the Headmasters’ and Headmistresses’ Conference, Vectare asked us to once again work our magic and design an impactful stand for the ISBA Annual Conference in Wales. The event was held at the International Convention Centre (ICC) between 23-24 November and welcomed over 500 bursars and senior management staff from independent schools. The two-day event comprised of both a professional program – including plenary and breakout sessions – and an exhibition area with over 160 exhibitors.

To ensure the Vectare exhibition stand left a lasting impression on attendees, their brand identity was used as inspiration for their bespoke exhibition stand. This boasted 3D large format logo, a corporate animation displayed on a built-in screen, and printed literature to take away. To ensure the stand stood out among other exhibitors, we started from the ground up by designing a floor plan, and followed this with structural drawings that were worked on alongside the creative messaging and graphics. We collaborated with our production team throughout the project to ensure a seamless build, which included a branded centre column and iPad display plinth.

m360 provided end-to-end project management which ensured the exhibition stand was delivered in good time to the ICC in Wales, assembled before the event and carefully dismantled afterwards. A comprehensive review of electrical plans, documentation and health and safety risks were undertaken to ensure that safety was guaranteed for all production staff, Vectare employees and visitors to the stand.

The event was a triumph and the Vectare stand was absolutely unmissable among the 160+ exhibitors. Vectare enjoyed a really stress-free experience, arriving at the venue to find the stand fully assembled, looking fantastic and ready for action!
