Upgrading the UK Pesticide Guide

We have just successfully completed the relaunch of the new UK Pesticide Guide for our clients BCPC (British Crop Production Council) with a technical new website build, putting our experienced web development team through their paces with the creation of an ambitious and future-proofed new platform.

This significant digital project included the UI/UX design and development of the paid subscription service, which had previously been available primarily as a physical book purchase with an accompanying online database with limited functionality. UKPG is now a comprehensive, searchable resource that provides on demand information for over 1,300 pesticides, adjuvants & active substances for UK agriculture, horticulture, forestry and amenity use.

Our involvement in the project enabled us to redesign the UKPG with user experience in mind, ensuring the database has a very clear and logistical user journey for ease of use, as well as added features such as complex comparison tools and column management capabilities – giving the end user an enhanced experience with value added functionality and increased flexibility.
