Strategic quadruple hire

We’re delighted to announce the addition of four new people to our team as we continue to strengthen our position as one of the leading creative agencies in the Midlands.

With over three decades of experience partnering with brands around the world, we promise a 360 degree perspective of strategic brand building while bringing brands to life through engaging visual storytelling.

The agency works across the core disciplines of branding, graphic design, illustration, digital marketing and communications and marketing strategy, with notable brands in our portfolio including Showcase, EMR, Alltech and Robert Dyas.

Strengthening our client services, digital and studio functions is at the heart of our latest recruitment drive with experienced Account Director Tom Walters coming on board alongside Senior Graphic Designer, Mitch Proctor, Digital Account Executive, Beth Shore, and Midweight Designer, Andrew Coatsworth.

Tom adds twelve years of brand building, PR and content marketing experience to the team with over nine of those in agencies and over five in an Account Director role. Tom is also reunited with former colleague, Mitch, after the pair worked together for over eight years in their previous roles. Mitch brings nearly a decade of graphic design, animation and illustration experience to the business, including a stint with Yale Door in his early career.

Beth will work closely with Tom in the client services team and adds sought after digital marketing skills to the business as a content creator and social strategist, having previously worked within another local agency as well as a Loughborough-based co-working space operator. And finally Andrew bolsters our growing in-house studio further as our Midweight Designer, possessing broad graphic design skills following a five-year career which has seen him work exclusively within agencies in Nottingham and London.

For our Managing Director, Kevin Major, it is important for the business to remain agile in order to best serve its clients and retain its position as a leader within a very competitive space.

For Kevin, each of the four new additions adds a different dimension to the business and sets the agency up for its next phase.

Equally, Beth is a relatively fresh talent with proven content creation skills as well as knowledge of the agency world which will greatly benefit our clients and only serves to enhance their projects and campaigns,”

Kevin continues, “Mitch, like Tom, adds valuable experience and a diverse skillset covering graphic design, illustration and animation which again is an exciting prospect for the brands we work with while Andrew’s five years in industry has seen him work exclusively within agencies, with specialist digital design, image manipulation and animation experience. All four complement our existing team and add tremendous balance to our offering, so I think we are now perfectly placed to pursue our growth ambitions and meet the emerging technical and skillset challenges our industry will inevitably place in our path.”
