Showcase, your meeting made spectacular

Our latest collaboration with Showcase Cinemas has found us working with their Conference & Events team. Aside from blockbuster screenings, Showcase Cinemas offer a unique location for professional events – from large presentations to smaller team meetings. Recognising that businesses need encouragement to meet face-to-face again following the pandemic, the Showcase team required a creative and engaging stand to announce their presence at The Meetings Show in London. 

The Meetings Show is an inspiring two-day exhibition for the events, meetings and incentives industry, and hosts hundreds of exhibitors. The event offers the opportunity to meet global suppliers, network and gain insights from industry leaders. 

Competing for attention alongside 500+ international and domestic event suppliers, our talented design team knew they had to produce something special. We created an engaging and interactive shell, with the back wall demonstrating a mockup of a Showcase auditorium. To show off the luxurious leather recliner seats, two real seats were installed and attendees were invited to take a seat and experience the comfort and functionality. At the same time, attendees could discuss their upcoming events with the Showcase team at a stylish ‘bar’, and find out more via an interactive iPad stand. 

Showcase’s auditorium seating, lobbies, bars, and catering offer were all highlighted in the stand, with a sophisticated style to convey the high standard of service on offer. Whilst The Meetings Show stand featured five panels, a total of seven panels were designed, to enable flexibility for future events.

The exhibition was further supported through the use of promotional brochures and leaflets. Both featured the benefits of holding a corporate event at Showcase Cinemas, allowing attendees to take away quick reference guides for Showcases’ offering.

The event was extremely successful and we look forward to working with not only the Showcase Cinemas Conference & Events team, but the whole Showcase Cinemas team in the future.
