Construction matters at Thomas Bow

Thomas Bow is one of Nottingham’s major building and civil engineering contractors. To capitalise on the recent success of several high-profile projects, m360 was asked to create a newsletter showcasing their highway and infrastructure capabilities to existing and future customers.

The newsletter is in essence a marketing piece, but with ample room for in-depth case studies that wouldn’t be afforded by other marketing formats. We were tasked with establishing the physical format of the newsletter, the visual style, and the distribution of content, to create an engaging reader experience from the front cover to the back.

Infrastructure projects in Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby were showcased with rich photography and highlighted quotes, stats, and key information. The highlighted text promotes, at a glance, the added value that Thomas Bow brings to all of their projects. For example, they were able to make an incredible 20% cost saving in the delivery of their recent Nottingham Broadmarsh Centre project. These impressive achievements are key to attracting new work in a competitive environment, building trust and enthusiasm in current and future clients.

The newsletter also demonstrated Thomas Bow’s dedication to the local community with an editorial piece highlighting their sponsorship of Nottingham Rugby. After a turbulent period for sporting events, Thomas Bow is offering genuine support to Nottingham Rugby – an initiative that proves their strong brand values.

Thomas Bow was extremely pleased with the final newsletter and our end-to-end project management. So pleased in fact, that they asked us to work on two other projects straight away!
