A new launch for London Luton Airport

As a creative agency dedicated to seamless end-to-end project management, we recently had the exciting opportunity to collaborate with East Midlands Railway (EMR) and London Luton Airport (LLA)  in supporting the launch of the new EMR service: Luton Airport Express. Our mission was to deliver an immersive brand experience that both promoted the launch and  quickly influenced passenger behaviour. 

The Luton Airport Express service now operates  between St. Pancras International and Luton Airport Parkway station, with a swift transfer time of just 32 minutes! Recognising the potential to drive footfall traffic from the airport to the capital, it was crucial to install eye-catching graphics in locations with maximum visibility for both domestic and international arrivals.

Therefore, we worked closely with the EMR and LLA teams to strategically scope out zones where  environmental graphics would leave a lasting impression on all passengers. It was important to consider the entire passenger journey and install communications at both Luton Airport Parkway and St. Pancras International, to create a cohesive promotion of the new EMR service. 

To bring this campaign to life we put a variety of our agency services to use, including site surveying, specification, artworking, print production, and installation, all of which were accomplished in a timely manner to coincide with the service launch.
