Alltech Egalis

For farmers around the world, silage quality is always of high concern. Alltech’s Egalis silage inoculant is designed to boost fermentation. It makes it effortless to produce a more palatable and digestible feed, while maximising a farmer’s forage yield and protecting the health of their livestock.

Prioritising product positioning

Having worked with Alltech’s global marketing team on a number of past projects, we were briefed to analyse the product positioning of Egalis ahead of a major international marketing campaign. We began the project by meeting with agricultural specialists to fully understand the product’s USPs when compared to market competitors.

Elevating expectations

Our studio harnessed all of the insights gained from our research to craft messaging which truly highlighted Egalis’ strengths. We presented several concepts that aligned with Alltech’s brand guidelines, while promoting the benefits farmers look for in a quality innoculant. Alltech’s chosen concept presents the product USPs with a succinct tone of voice that informs and empower the farmer.

Cultivating a global campaign

The resulting campaign positions the farmer as the hero. The narrative celebrates their expertise and hard work, while showing how Alltech supports them. The campaign easily translates to diverse markets and creates synergy between print and digital comms, while giving room for fresh campaign variants on social media.
