Scandinavian waste management company Sortera set their sights on conquering the UK market, starting with the acquisition of two major London waste disposal businesses: GBN Services and O’Donovan. m360 was enlisted to ensure a seamless brand introduction to UK audiences.

One key challenge was maintaining brand consistency between Sortera’s operations in Sweden and its new UK ventures. Acting as brand guardians, we carefully rebranded GBN and O’Donovan’s existing materials with Sortera’s visual approach, preserving Sortera’s brand integrity while adapting it to a new market context.
