London calling for Sortera
m360 has joined forces with Sortera to deliver a month-long, multi-channel skip hire campaign in the London boroughs of Harlow and Uxbridge. With a combined population of over 100,000, our clear and punchy campaign sought to raise brand awareness and gain market share among homeowners and small businesses in these areas. While Harlow’s adverts focused on brand awareness, our Uxbridge adverts offered a price-driven incentive.
As Swedish environmental giant Sortera reaches further into the UK market, it is a critical time for creating brand awareness and market impact. Contrary to previous campaigns which targeted a B2B market, this is Sortera’s first campaign for a British B2C audience. Therefore we had to adopt a different, simple and disarming tone of voice, while promoting Sortera’s professionalism and green credentials.
We designed both printed and digital assets to grab attention, convey a clear message and present the simple call-to-action, ‘Call and book a Sortera skip today’. From wide-ranging Meta ads to Uxbridge newspaper ads with a 16k circulation, the campaign ensured widespread visibility. The four-week duration enabled repeated campaign exposure, building brand awareness and maximising Sortera’s success rate.
Our campaign’s Meta ads successfully reached over 30,000 users in their areas, significantly expanding Sortera’s visibility. Over the defined period, this outreach generated a marked upshot in telephone enquiries, demonstrating the campaign’s effectiveness. Additionally, our analysis revealed an impressive click-to-call conversion, with an average of one call made for every 2.5 clicks on the Meta ads. This strong response highlights the considerable interest and momentum generated by the ads, marking a promising step forward in Sortera’s UK strategy.
Looking ahead, as Sortera’s marketing efforts to dominate the UK market increase, m360 will continue to provide strategic support, ensuring that each campaign is optimised for maximum impact and sustained growth, whilst perpetually increasing brand awareness.
