Peter James Homes is getting Riverside ready
m360 has had the pleasure of working with Peter James Homes (PJH) from the very start, creating the brand and marketing for all of their developments – including the impressive Woodland Heights. Most recently, we’ve created a successful campaign for their luxurious Riverside development in West Bridgford, Nottingham.
Riverside is PJH’s first luxury apartment project, boasting 34 beautiful homes on the banks of the River Trent. From designing the brand for this development, which we utilised across multiple forms of marketing. This included on-site Hoarding and Launch Events through to luxurious bespoke brochures, micro website and news eMailers which have led to several purchases of the plans.
We are very proud to see the development come to life with the official launch of the new show apartments. For this, we created an attractive digital Mailchimp invite which gives a tantalising glimpse of the property welcoming new potential buyers to the apartments. The architecturally designed apartments are all unique and offer a choice of expertly designed 1 – 3 bedroom apartments with spacious living areas with contemporary designer kitchens, stylish bathrooms and bedrooms, balconies – some offering spectacular river and city views – with premium fittings and finishes throughout using some of the UK’s top brands as standard.
The mailer was designed to complement the unique Riverside brand, utilising; the same design palette used in previous marketing materials we created for Riverside. We originally brought this to life through the Peter James Homes website where we added an additional page featuring a digital flipbook of the brochure and the opportunity to register interest in the development.
The m360 team had a great time viewing the show apartments, and with the successful turn-out of potential buyers, leaving our client happy! Overall, it has been a wonderful project to work on. Seeing the Riverside brand come to life, with the help of everyone on our talented team, has felt very rewarding for us.
